A new workshop focusing on Jewish prayer and worship. Come explore the siddur, connect to prayer, ask deep questions and develop our sense of community.

Yoga and the Jews

A new themed yoga class, focusing on developing our spirit through Torah as we strengthen our bodies. Rabbi Perlo and Julie Zeff will co-instruct the class. The first class will focus on "Heart Openers: Physical, Spiritual and Otherwise." Join us and exercise your body, mind, and spirit at Adat Shalom. A donation of $8.00 is suggested.
