B'nai Mitzvah

A way to mark our children's formal recognition as young adults in the Jewish community is through their bar/bat mitzvah. Here at Adat Shalom our clergy and professional staff come together to honor our students as they reach this important milestone in their Jewish life. We also know that preparing for your child's bar/bat mitzvah can be an intense and very emotional time for families. Please know that Adat Shalom is here to help in any way we can.   Our "Sacred Journey" is a workshop held for parents of upcoming b'nai mitzvah students. This is a great opportunity for parents to meet with Rabbi Berk and other parents to have all their questions answered about the b'nai mitzvah process.
