Most of us spend too much time sitting and rounding our bodies forward and downward. Too much slumping can make us feel sluggish in body and thought and even can dampen our mood. In this class, we will move in ways which extends our spines and feels freeing and expansive. This movement will help feel revitalized in mind and spirit, as well as in body.
