Adat Shalom is proud to partner with ADI Negev-Nahalat Eran in their compassionate and vitally important work. ADI Negev-Nahalat Eran is a unique and innovative rehabilitation and recovery facility in Israel's Negev desert committed to helping individuals living with disabilities.

ADI Negev-Nahalat Eran Rehabilitation Village was founded in 2005, as the first and only rehabilitation hospital in Israel's south. ADI Negev-Nahalat Eran is a leader in pioneering cutting edge therapeutic and recovery services for children, adolescents and adults from all sectors of the population. Inpatient and outpatient rehabilitative solutions provide individuals with disabilities a framework for personal advancement, social integration and gainful employment.  The kindergarten integrates children born with disabilities and their non-disabled peers to promote empathy and acceptance.

Following the deadly attacks of October 7, ADI Negev-Nahalat Eran and the Kaylie Rehabilitation Medical Center have assisted the war effort by providing the highest-level medical, rehabilitative and emotional care for dozens of war-wounded IDF soldiers and civilians. These brave individuals face long and challenging journeys to recovery but find healing within the wards, therapy departments and gardens. Through innovative therapies and the tireless dedication of the professional staff, these patients are simultaneously regaining their physical abilities as well as their sense of purpose and hope for the future. By rehabilitating wounded  IDF soldiers in groups, the staff is able to provide them with crucial psychological and emotional support. Through innovative therapies and the tireless dedication of professional staff and volunteers, including Jews, Christians, Arabs, Bedouins and Druze from across Israel, these patients are simultaneously regaining their physical abilities as well as their sense of purpose and hope for the future.

The Adat Shalom Israel Action Committee identified Adi Negev, after extensive research and evaluation, as an innovative and worthwhile organization to create a partnership and provide meaningful support. That support includes financial contribution and volunteer opportunities when visiting Israel, either individually or as a community.

Adat Shalom is honored to enter this partnership with ADI Negev-Nahalat Eran.
