At Adat Shalom you will find a place to express and expand your religious, social, and intellectual life. Teachings, programs, and events carry a deep sense of excitement and spirituality. Our congregants find connection and meaning through participation in many different ways.
We gather in our beautiful sanctuary to celebrate Shabbat and holidays. Together, we observe the High Holidays and other important days throughout the year. Our children and grandchildren attend lively Tot Shabbat services and other Shalom Mishpacha Activities. And we participate in adult education and social action forums to explore the critical issues of our times.

Adat Shalom was founded in the mid-1940s and was one of the first synagogues to serve the Westside of Los Angeles. Currently, we are growing to reflect the interests of our dynamic community, serving those who seek a warm place to pray, an inspiring place to learn, and a feeling of belonging.
